  • Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Previous school report cards (last 2 years)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) for Grades 2 and above
  • Passport-size photos (student and parents)
  • Aadhar Card copies
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Vaccination record (for Primary students)
  • Transport and Boarding opt-in forms (if applicable)
  • Transfers from other schools require TC and previous report cards.
