- Previous school report cards (last 2 years)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) for Grades 2 and above

- Medical fitness certificate
- Vaccination record (for Primary students)
- Transport and Boarding opt-in forms (if applicable)
Transfers from other schools require TC and previous report cards.
